Our story

Claire grew up three blocks from the river. Remy cooked in New Orleans for ten years. They came back in 2019, took the empty storefront on Front Street, and opened with eight tables and a meat pie recipe older than both of them.

The menu is short on purpose: what Remy can do well every day, and something new when the market has it.
